Recapd Waitlist Privacy Policy
This policy only covers the Recapd first-access waitlist on this landing page. It does not cover the future Recapd mobile app.

What we collect
- Your email address.
- Any optional answers you choose to submit in the first-access form, such as trip plans, feedback, or interest in Recapd.
- Basic technical information processed by Tally when you submit the form, such as submission metadata needed to operate the form.
How we use it
We use this information to manage the first-access list, contact you about Recapd beta access, understand what kind of travelers are interested, and improve the product before launch.
How we store and share it
The first-access form is hosted by Tally. When you submit the form, your response is processed by Tally on our behalf. You can read Tally's privacy notice at tally.so/privacy.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not create a public travel profile from your signup. We do not use your waitlist response for advertising targeting.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist information while Recapd is preparing and running first access, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. You can request removal at any time.
